SHIPPING

Please allow 3-4 weeks for creation and subsequent shipment of your jewelry upon order placement. All jewelry is handmade upon order unless listed as "Ready to Ship". Ready to Ship pieces will ship within 5 business days of order placement. Please allow additional time for transit and delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please notify us within 5 days of order placement. Cancellations after 5 days will result in a store credit and we will not be able to offer a refund.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please notify us within 5 days of purchase if you need to exchange or return an item and we will be happy to assist. After this time we will not be able to offer a refund. Worn items cannot be returned and returns or exchanges of rings that have been custom sized may incur a restocking fee. Custom orders or discounted items are final sale.

Any jewelry needs (returns, repairs, exchanges) for pieces purchased from one of our authorized stockists must be facilitated through them directly.

REPAIRS

If you have an issue with a piece or need a repair, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

SIZING

We use standard American sizing for our ring sizes. If you need assistance finding your correct size, please contact us.

JEWELRY CARE

Proper care for your jewelry will keep your pieces looking their best and ensure their wearability for years to come. When you're not wearing your jewelry, store your pieces in a pouch, jewelry box or anti-tarnish bag to minimize scratches and keep it protected from the elements. Detergents and harsh chemicals may damage your jewelry or stones so it is always recommended to remove your jewelry when using these agents. When exposed to air, silver jewelry may tarnish over time. Mild soap and water or polishing cloths designed to clean silver and gold jewelry can quickly and easily brighten your piece with minimal effort. Professional cleaning by a jeweler is always recommended for pieces set with stones.
